Meet Joshua Dvorkin!

Are you living with a chronic health condition, disability, or navigating a major life transition? Has this left you feeling disconnected from yourself or your body—stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward? You may notice it affecting your confidence, your relationships, your social life, or even your ability to focus, work, or sleep. If this resonates, you’re not alone. With support, it is absolutely possible to strengthen your resilience, reconnect with yourself, and create a better quality of life. Therapy can help you process your emotions, release fear, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable for you.
My work as a psychotherapist blends traditional therapeutic techniques with a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach. I believe true healing happens when we treat the whole person—not just symptoms. This means exploring emotional, physical, and spiritual patterns that contribute to distress and supporting the internal shifts that allow real transformation.
I use a range of evidence-informed modalities, including talk therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and integrative practices designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, release old narratives, and cultivate meaning, joy, and alignment.
I am passionate about helping individuals rediscover joy—both in moments and in themselves. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, chronic pain, or simply seeking greater self-awareness and fulfillment, my goal is to support you in accessing your innate strengths and creating lasting, positive change.

Outside of my work, I value time with friends and family, living mindfully in the present, and enjoying life with my dog, Pepper.
Through our partnership with Physiomed you can book at appointment with Joshua here.
