Associate Therapist - Virtual

Meet  Sarah Katarincic

Who am I? It’s the question that crossed my mind as I sat down to write this bio. I could tell you about my university degrees, my Master of Science, or my role as an Associate Therapist. I could tell you that I am a professional, a lifelong learner, and someone who is passionate about contributing to a world where mental health is openly valued. I am also a new mother, a partner, a daughter, and a friend.

I am not just a therapist. I am someone who has walked through my own seasons of loss, trauma, and uncertainty. I have known the heaviness of anxiety, grief, and self-doubt, and the fear of admitting that I could not carry everything by myself. These experiences shape the empathy and understanding I bring to the therapeutic space.

The truth is, most problems aren’t simply “fixed.” But sharing the weight—being seen, supported, and understood—can make it feel lighter. I approach therapy with empathy, compassion, and non-judgement, creating space to talk about the heavy things and helping you carry what feels impossible to hold alone.

So, who am I?
I’m someone who genuinely wants to see you win. Someone who believes in your potential, your resilience, and your ability to grow—even when you can’t see it yourself. I’m someone who will walk beside you, help you shoulder the weight, and offer a space where you can be completely and authentically yourself. And I promise to meet you with that same authenticity in return.

If you’re struggling, if you need support, or if you’re trying to find your way back to yourself, I’d love to connect.
