Associate Therapist

Meet  Sarah Katarincic

Who am I? The question I thought about when I sat down to write this biography. Well, I am a university graduate and a Master of Science degree graduate. I am an associate therapist and a professional. I am a lifelong learner, passionate about continuing my education and being part of a movement that prioritizes mental health. I am a new mother, a partner, a daughter, and a friend.

I am also a person who has struggled. I have experienced great loss in my life…trauma, to say the least. I have been told to give up, and I have felt like nothing would get better. I have struggled with sadness, darkness, anxiety, and self-worthlessness. I know the fear of facing the fact that things aren’t okay and that I can’t fix it on my own.

Let’s face it- no problem can really be “fixed”, but, sharing the load can certainly help you feel lighter. I come from a place of empathy, compassion, and non-judgement to discuss those heavy topics and help you carry the weight.

So, who am I? I am the person that wants to see you win and succeed. The person that wants to help you grow into your full potential and the the person that will be there every step of the way. I am the person that will help you carry the load when it gets too heavy, and the person that you can be completely and authentically yourself with- and I promise to be the same with you.

If you are struggling, if you need support, or if you want to find yourself again, I’d love to chat.
