Before You Apply
Please note that we do not accept high-school co-op placements due to the clinical nature of our work.
Our student opportunities are reserved for post-secondary learners enrolled in accredited counselling, psychotherapy, or social work programs that require supervised clinical training.

We take pride in offering meaningful, supportive training experiences for emerging therapists. In return, we expect thoughtful, intentional applications.
Placement inquiries that are generic, impersonal, incomplete, or not tailored to Co & Associates will not be reviewed or considered. This includes mass-emailed resumes, template-based cover letters, and inquiries that do not reflect knowledge of our practice or values.
