Our Junior Associate Therapist, has degrees in psychology and child and youth care. She has developed a level of understanding necessary to provide quality and holistic mental health support to a wide variety of clientele.

Our Junior Associate Therapist, works with individuals ages 8-18. She is compassionate towards all backgrounds and walks of life, having experienced a wide variety of cultures firsthand with her residences in seven countries.

Our Junior Associate Therapist, is a graduate of the University of Guelph who has taken a variety of courses in relation to sociology and psychology. She has the passion and knowledge to provide support to those around her.

Sarah is a mental health professional with extensive education and experience in Psychology and Forensic Psychology. She specializes in working with children, teens, and adults to help them find happiness and purpose.

Reta holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and has specialized training in CBT, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Principles.

Walking into the office at Co & Associates feels safe and inviting. 
Sometimes I question why I did not cancel my scheduled appointment because I feel okay, but I often get to my appointment and am often surprised about what comes up during our session.
